About Me

I specialise in creating large scale architectural glass for public and private commissions.

‘The Space inBetween’ name is derived from the placement of the window ‘in between’ the inside and the outside of a building.  I have always been inspired by the everyday, incidental light shows that take place in the reflected surfaces that surround us. I realised I could turn this fascination into a career whilst I was a student at the Royal College of Art in London and I have now been creating work to commission for over 12 years.

I keep up to date with current practice by attending conferences and peer group mentoring. I have been a consultant for deciBel, a Board member of Art & Architecture and a visiting lecturer.

My creative hub is a bespoke studio designed by www.alternative-space.com. This environment enables me to develop my working practice in an inspiring and professional atmosphere.

I have also designed this website, which has been developed for the web by Russell Martin websites.russellmartin.org.uk.
