Flower Circles: Made to Measure Wall Art For Your Home
Lanchester Road Hospital, Durham: I have just finished my latest commission, a large-scale decorative wall and window installation for a new hospital in Durham.
Flower Circles: The original design is made up of hundreds of iridescent ‘healing’ flower silhouettes. The artwork reacts to the constantly changing light as it moves across the walls of the main atrium, creating a delicate shimmering effect that is both calming and uplifting.
Exciting News: I’m so inspired by the result I have decided to launch a new venture – a bespoke interior design service offering made to measure Flower Circles for the home.
How it Works: The individual flower shapes are applied by hand around a unifying circle. They adhere directly to walls, ceilings and woodwork and can be designed to suit any room or space in your house. Flower Circles can be created in a variety of sizes, finishes and colour combinations. Each commission will be an artistic and carefully considered response to your space.
Bespoke Service: My aim is to create a beautiful, decorative and unique artwork that is a perfect for your home. Perhaps you have favourite flowers, plants or other organic shapes you would like me to incorporate into the design? I welcome your input. Because this is a personal service, you will only have to liaise with me. Each Artwork will be developed with the colours and sizes chosen carefully to suit your space and I would make and install the artwork myself.
